Initial Site Visit and Consultation

Site Survey

Before we embark on the exciting design phase, we lay the groundwork with a meticulous survey of your plot. This survey, typically conducted by a professional surveyor, is a vital step that aids us in comprehending the layout of your land, including boundaries, existing buildings, levels, and other significant features. It forms the foundation of our design process, guaranteeing a complete understanding of your space.

In addition to the professional survey, we also photograph the site, noting any significant features and existing plants. This meticulous approach ensures that we completely understand your space, enabling us to craft a design that not only meets but exceeds your expectations.

Concept Design Drawings

Based on the gathered information, we’ll create our initial proposals, typically presented as an overall plan complemented by 3D visuals. These visuals are incredibly helpful in bringing the design to life and making it easier for you to envision the final result.

Our proposals will encompass all the key elements of the plan, such as terraces, paths, retaining walls, and any level changes, along with areas earmarked for planting, prominent trees, and other structural features. Final Presentation Drawings and Detailed Design

Any adjustments or enhancements to the design based on our previous discussions are integrated into the final design drawings. Planting Plans and Plant Supply

Next, we’ll create planting plans tailored to your preferences, carefully selecting plant species, specifying quantities, and determining their placement in your garden. These plans will be detailed and comprehensive, ensuring that every aspect of your garden is thoughtfully considered.

From these plans, we’ll generate a schedule of plants, allowing us to provide you with a comprehensive cost estimate for sourcing all the necessary plant materials. We have access to a wide range of specialist, high-quality nurseries, and we’ll make every effort to source plants locally or from UK-based nurseries whenever possible.

Garden Build

We’re here to support you every step of the way. Once your design is finalised, we can help you prepare it for tender, or if you prefer, we can recommend a trusted contractor in your area whom we’ve worked with before to bring your garden to life.

During the construction phase, we’ll remain actively involved, visiting the site as needed to oversee progress and ensure everything is on track. Your satisfaction and the smooth execution of your project are our top priorities.

Planting Install

We’re delighted to offer a comprehensive plant installation service, which includes carefully setting out all the various plants, planting them, and applying mulch to the borders. We want to ensure that every plant is positioned perfectly and that your garden beds are beautifully mulched, setting the stage for a thriving and aesthetically pleasing garden.

After Care

After we finish your project, we don’t just walk away—we’re here for the long haul. We recommend an ongoing maintenance program to keep everything looking and functioning at its best.
